Mart Rampe has been part of the environmental industry for over many decades and has been a practitioner in the earth sciences for over 40 years. He is the founder and business development manager for the Firm. His specialist expertise is in the field of project management and resource assessment and development. Mart brings practical as well as corporate expertise to the Firm, serving in the past as a director of several publicly listed and private companies in the resources sector.

As part of his commitment to Community, Mart has been a past president of the Camden Chamber of Commerce and President of the Camden High School Parents and Citizens organisation. He is currently the Chairman of the Estonian Relief Committee Limited (ERC), an organisation that up until recently, managed Taara Gardens, a retirement village located at Thirlmere.
